The Hardest Day” (from my new album, “Except for Me,” which is dropping online on September 1, 2026) is dedicated to the late Lolly Vegas, leader of the band Redbone, my neighbor, and best friend.
Lolly was the brother I found next door. I was compelled to write about the laughter, heartbreak, wisdom, music, and love that we shared for 11 years. My book “Come and Get Your Love – The Brother Life Gave Me” is available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle eBook formats.
